threatening risk to people
with hiv/aids. Special care
should therefore be taken

products such as eggs, fish,
meat and unpasteurised
The hygienic handling of
food and drinking water of
an AIDS patient could be the
difference btw life and
death , so it is important to
keep the kitchen spotless
