Affirmations Are Positive Self Talk Statements In The Form Of Words Or Phrases, Which Are Spoken Repetatively To AFFIRM A Single Thought About Yourself Or Other People. This Is The Way We Have Formed Negative And Positive Programming Throughout Our Lifetime. If You Say Something To Yourself Or About Yourself Day After Day, It Eventually Becomes A Belief, And Then We Think Our Belief Is Reality. First Things First, We Must Believe {With Perfect Love And Perfect Trust} That Anything Is Possible. We Have To Believe The Affirmation We Say. If We Do Not Believe, Saying The Words Will Not Make Us Believe. Affirmations Don't Recognize The Past Or Future, Only The Now.

Five Types Of Affirmations

1. Releasing/Cleansing Affirmation: Helps By Letting Go Of All The Negativity We Currently Think And Believe About Ourselves. "I Let Go Of All I Do Not Want Or Need For My Highest Good."

2. Recieving/Accepting Affirmation: Helps To Open Our Minds And Allow Something To Be. "I Am Open To The Gifts Of The Universe."

3. Being/Intending Affirmation: Helps Enhance Our Conscious Awareness. "I Know That This Is For The Highest Good Of All."

4. Acting/Claiming Affirmation: Helps Bring What We Are Saying Into Manifestation. "I Am Powerful. I Am Worthy. I Am Loveable. I Am Free."

5. Intergrating/Embodying Affirmation: Helps Allow The Energy And Meaning To Merge With Our Consciousness. "I Make Every Act An Act Of Love/Trust/Honesty/Ect."
