During the period of Pregnancy, a few dietary changes in the pregnant mother becomes very essential. One must remember, that in pregnancy whatever food the mother takes, some part of it will be used up for the nutrition of the developing baby. In other words, the mother eats both for herself and her baby. Therefore, during this period the mother must be very particular about what she eats ; lest some unwanted substances ( many drugs) should affect the health of the baby in her womb.
