Keeper's Guestbook

"Am I my brother's keeper?" [Genesis 4:9]

Read Luke 10:30-37, Jesus' parable of the Good Samaritan.
We are all neighbours and brothers and God commands us to love our neighbours as ourselves and so indeed, we are our brother's keeper.

"But he [Jesus] answered and said... 'Who are my brethren? ...Whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother...'" [Matthew 12:48&50]
Jesus calls us 'Friends' not servants [John 15:15]
He is that friend that loveth at all times [Proverbs 17:17], that friend that sticks closer than a brother [Proverbs 18:24], who lays down his life for his friends [John 15:13].
By laying down his life for us, he calls brothers [and sisters], makes us co-heirs to the kingdom of heaven, opens by grace the doors of salvation and eternal life to all of us!
Will you accept this free gift? Or will you foolishly reject it? The door is open. Jesus says 'Come.' Come.
