~Remembering dreams~

To be able to remember all your dreams, you need to train yourself to do so. Good-quality sleep is the first prerequisite since, while you are learning, you may well be waking yourself up fairly frequently. Later you will remember creative dreams particularly, but first of all you must get into particular routine.
1- Decide which sleep periods you are going to monitor.
2- If you have an illness or are taking medication, please check with your doctor or medical practitioner before undertaking this exercise.
3- Set your alarm or wake-up device for the time you wish to wake. Don't allow yourself to be shocked into wakefulness, fyr example, by very loud music.
4- When you have woken up, lie still. Do not move until you have recalled your dream with as much detail as you can remember.
5- Write down your dream and analyse it.
6- Don't be too worried if at first your dream recall is deficient. You will get better with practice.
